In 1979, Sir Michael Hill and his wife Christine opened their first jewellery store with a simple yet ground-breaking vision: to make fine jewellery accessible to everybody. 43 years later, Michael Hill has more than 280 stores in three countries!

We are now extremely excited to open our doors to the largest jewellery manufacturing workshop in Australia and offer a Jewellery Manufacturing Apprenticeship. Based in our international Support Centre in Brisbane, we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail to take on this Full-Time opportunity. This apprenticeship could be the launchpad to a rewarding, long term career and we want to be there every step of the way!

We have the capability and facilities to expose you to the many aspects of jewellery manufacturing, all that you need is motivation, a willingness to learn whilst you earn and a can-do attitude. If you’ve got an existing interest in jewellery – fantastic! If you’ve never considered this path but think you’ve got what it takes – that’s great too.

• Committed to 4 years working Full-Time alongside your TAFE learning
