As we gear up for our busiest and most exciting time of year, we’re looking for a dynamic HR Administrator to join our collaborative Human Resources team at our Global Support Centre in Cannon Hill.

This temporary but pivotal role will support our seasonal casual hiring process, helping us recruit over 650 new team members globally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of something big, this is your moment to shine!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the HR/Talent Acquisition team with issuing employment contracts
• Initiating and tracking background checks
• Communicating with candidates and store leaders via phone and email
• Reporting and maintaining spreadsheets to track hiring progress
• Ensuring a smooth, timely, and efficient hiring process

What We’re Looking For:

• Immediate availability is highly desirable – we’re ready to welcome you now!
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and juggle priorities
• Experience with recruitment ATS and HR processes is a plus
• Adaptable, resilient and ready to roll with a changing environment
• Commitment to a full-time role (Monday to Friday) for 12 weeks or more
