We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-driven IT Systems Administrator to join our Technology Services team at Michael Hill. You’ll be at the core of our infrastructure, supporting mission-critical systems and driving innovation across our global network (AU, NZ & CA). We’re modernising fast - and you’ll be right in the thick of it.

What you’ll do:

• Administer Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure, and enterprise applications.
• Deliver secure identity and access solutions using Entra ID, MFA, and Zero Trust.
• Manage network infrastructure including Meraki SD-WAN, routers, and firewalls.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and Power Automate
• Provide Level 3 support and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

What you’ll bring:

• Degree in IT or related field. 8+ years in IT, with 3–4 years in cybersecurity.
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals.
• Strong skills in Azure, Office 365, Hyper-V, and enterprise backup.
• Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001, and modern monitoring tools.

Bonus skills:

• Azure Administrator or Enterprise Admin certifications.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
• Network certifications (CCNA, Meraki).
