Michael Hill Chadstone is home to our premium flagship store in Melbourne. As part of our largest and most luxurious store to date, we are seeking a dedicated Concierge to become an integral member of our team, ensuring each client receives a highly personalised and unforgettable experience.

Working with Michael Hill, you’ll be part of the team helping our customers to mark life’s most special moments. Situated in our reimagined flagship store, you will be part of the new era of Michael Hill. You will also be joining a renowned, international jeweller with a proud heritage since 1979. This role is pivotal in upholding our brand’s prestige. You will be responsible for providing a highly personalised one-to-one client experience, welcoming each client to our store and ensuring the Michael Hill touch is felt by all.

More about you

• A commitment to personalised luxury service, with a flair for creating memorable client experiences. Your welcoming demeanour and proactive approach will ensure clients receive the highest level of service, enhancing their visit through attentiveness, initiative, and genuine curiosity

• Your proven track record demonstrates your ability to consistently deliver exceptional experiences to clients, serving as a key liaison between clients and various departments or stores to meet their needs effectively

• You are passionate about sharing Michael Hill's rich history, detailed product information, and comprehensive service offerings, delivering each interaction with enthusiasm and expertise

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or as a brand ambassador is highly valued

• Ability to work a roster that will include Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays (we are open to full time or part time hours, please let us know your preferences)

• Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable, as it allows you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base and enhance their shopping experience
