About the Role:

We’re offering a full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically minded professional to join our Merchandising – Planning team as an Assistant Planner. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow their career in retail planning, with structured training and support from experienced mentors.

This is a development-focused role designed to build your skills across category planning, inventory management, and strategic analysis over a 12-month cycle. You’ll take ownership of a small category, applying your learnings to drive sales, profit, and inventory health.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support category planning and strategy execution.
• Manage inventory forecasts and vendor orders.
• Conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Buyers and Planners to optimise product ranges.
• Maintain data accuracy across planning systems.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in retail planning or allocation (2+ years).
• Advanced Excel skills; D365 experience a plus.
• A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
