About the Role:

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for HRIS operations, system improvements, and technical support. You’ll play a key role in expanding the use of Dayforce across its full suite (excluding recruitment) and optimising integration with PageUp.

What you'll be Doing:

• Managing and enhance our HRIS platforms - Dayforce and PageUp
• Providing first-level technical support and troubleshooting system issues
• Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation and knowledge bases
• Leading testing and quality assurance for system updates and improvements
• Collaborating on HRIS-related projects and drive system enhancements

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce & PageUp preferred)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
• Technical troubleshooting and system configuration skills
• Experience in reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation
• SQL experience - ability to write simple queries to support reporting and insights
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A passion for improving HR systems and delivering seamless user experiences
