About the Role:
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for HRIS operations, system improvements, and technical support. You’ll play a key role in expanding the use of Dayforce across its full suite (excluding recruitment) and optimising integration with PageUp.
What you'll be Doing:
Managing and enhance our HRIS platforms - Dayforce and PageUp
Providing first-level technical support and troubleshooting system issues
Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation and knowledge bases
Leading testing and quality assurance for system updates and improvements
Collaborating on HRIS-related projects and drive system enhancements
