This sought after generalist role will work collaboratively with our team of HR Specialists in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Payroll. Your partners will be our Retail Leaders who will seek your expertise in offering specialist advice in coaching and delivering key HR processes and projects.

What you'll be doing:
Delivering people-focused HR solutions and improve practices
Partnering with leaders to support business goals
Identifying and resolve team challenges strategically
Using HR data to inform decisions and reporting
Designing and delivering HR-related training
Supporting retention, talent, and succession planning
Conducting investigations and preparing reports
What you'll bring:
3+ years of experience in a HR Advisory or Business Partner role, generalist focussed with strong ER skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business or diploma in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous
Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Retail Award and other relevant employment law
Proven track record of supporting and coaching leaders in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
The ability to critically analyse HR data for the purpose of identifying trends and preparing HR plans
