What You’ll Do:

• Oversee accurate, timely invoice processing & weekly payment runs.
• Review supplier reconciliations and manage month‑end AP processes.
• Lead PTRS reporting and ensure compliance.
• Resolve vendor queries and support strong stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain AP systems (FreshDesk, OCR tools, D365) and drive process improvements.
• Lead, mentor and support a collaborative AP team.
• Drive improvements across systems, processes, and AP operations.

What You’ll Bring

• 5 to 7+ years' AP experience in a multi‑entity, high‑volume environment
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work calmly under pressure
• Professional, reliable, and proactive in improving processes
