We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Banking Team within the Finance Department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile payments from various credit providers across our global retail network.
• Process weekly and monthly banking journals in Dynamics 365.
• Match transactions in Blackline and import disbursement files.
• Support stores with banking and debtor queries via phone and email.
• Liaise with credit providers to ensure timely payments.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience in a similar capacity
• Strong time management, communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work across multiple tasks and in a team environment.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and other software skills.
