We’re excited to offer a permanent, full-time opportunity at our Service Centre in Geebung, Brisbane. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, looking to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive team environment.
You’ll be responsible for managing the flow of jewellery repairs - from booking and tracking to invoicing and dispatch - ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily booking and data entry of repairs from our retail stores with a focus on accuracy and lead times.
Communicating with stores via email and phone to provide updates and support.
Performing quality checks on completed repairs.
Sending repair quotes to stores and tracking approvals. Following up on expected job completions.
Building strong relationships with stores, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Invoicing and packing completed repairs for return to stores.
More About You:
Available Monday - Friday from 7.30am to 4 pm
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Intermediate computer skills.
