As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance, managing daily operations, and coaching your team to deliver exceptional service. This role offers growth opportunities across our 300+ stores, making it the perfect stepping-stone for aspiring Store Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

This position is ideal for seasoned sales and leadership professionals with a proven record in retail. With the aspiration to move into store management, you’ll leverage your expertise in people management and sales to take on responsibilities like:

• Lead and motivate a team to consistently achieve sales and KPIs.
• Execute company strategies and drive store performance.
• Oversee operations, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store leadership.
