  • The Salary range for this position is between $50,000-$56,000 based on relevant experience

More about you

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a driven and/or highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs
  • Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
  • A customer centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective coach who has the ability to improve the performance of other team members and create a supportive, motivated culture within the store
  • Ability to manage relationships at a variety of levels within the business
  • A desire to provide an outstanding experience for both stakeholders and team members
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
