We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Assistant Store Managers to join our Michael Hill teams in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland area. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will inspire your team as a coach and leader, driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and being part of the people behind the moments that matter, creating lasting memories for our customers.

• The Salary range for this position is between $50,000-$60,000 based on relevant experience

• Proven ability to deliver results in a highly driven sales environment with an understanding of KPIs
• Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
• A customer centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
