What You Bring

• Previous experience supporting or leading a successful retail team
• A results-focused mindset with the ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships
• The ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team members
• Confidence in coaching others, having constructive conversations, and working collaboratively across the business
• Availability to work 38 hours per week, including weekends and peak trading periods
