Permanent Full-Time | Cannon Hill | Hybrid (WFH) + On-Site Parking

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong D365 ERP experience, particularly across Supply Chain, to join our high-performing Technology team.

In this role, you’ll support and enhance our D365 ERP platform, working across BAU and projects to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that improve business performance.  You'll also help deliver a modern, data driven Merchandise Planning platform, integrating with Dynamics 365 and enabling intelligent forecasting, assorting, replenishment and allocation decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyse and optimise end-to-end processes in Dynamics 365 ERP, with a focus on Supply Chain (procurement, inventory, warehousing).
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements across D365 ERP.
• Support Agile delivery, testing, UAT and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues within the ERP environment.
• Partner with IT, developers, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven BA experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (essential).
• Strong exposure to D365 Supply Chain modules (preferred).
• Experience working in ERP-driven environments, with strong process mapping and documentation skills.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery experience.
• Exposure to tools such as DevOps/Jira, Power BI or SQL (desirable).
• Experience partnering with technical teams and third-party vendors on D365 solutions.
