We’re looking for a passionate Virtual Sales Associate to join our remote team at Michael Hill. In this part-time role (20 hours/week), you’ll connect with customers via live chat and virtual appointments, helping them find the perfect piece while delivering a premium online experience. You’ll earn $28/hour plus bonus potential, and we’ll provide the tech you need to shine.

You’ll be rostered into one of the following shifts:

• VSA 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 11:00 am AEST
• VSA 2: Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00 am – 11:00 am AEST

Flexibility is key – you must be available to work any day from Monday to Sunday, and at any time between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm AEST, based on customer demand.
