What you'll be doing

• Providing personalised support across multiple customer channels, including phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Resolving customer enquiries and complaints efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
• Processing customer transactions, returns, payments and account updates.
• Maintaining accurate records and case notes within our CRM system.
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service, retail or contact centre environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Confidence working across multiple systems and digital platforms.
• A positive, empathetic and customer-focused approach
