We’re looking for two Customer Service Consultants to join our Brisbane based team. This is your chance to be the voice of the brand, supporting customers across multiple channels and making every interaction count!

Enjoy genuine work–life balance with a maximum 38-hour week, offering flexible scheduling across Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm giving you the freedom to tailor your hours to suit your lifestyle!

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Delivering friendly, personalised support across all channels.
  • Resolving enquiries efficiently, aiming for first contact resolution.
  • Managing orders, returns, payments, and account updates.
  • Handling customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Escalating complex issues where needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Working closely with your team to continually improve the experience.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact centre or retail setting.
  • A customer-first mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and platforms.
  • A calm, resilient approach when handling enquiries or complaints.
