About the Role:

We’re looking for a digitally curious, detail-driven eCommerce Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our online platforms. You’ll be the go-to for merchandising magic, campaign execution, and performance insights - helping us deliver seamless, engaging experiences for every customer who clicks “add to cart.”

This is a hands-on role where your creativity, precision, and love for data will help shape how our products sparkle online.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Curate and manage product listings, categories, and promotional content.
• Execute online campaigns and ensure timely, accurate launches.
• Optimise product visibility through smart merchandising and navigation.
• Monitor site performance and customer behaviour to uncover insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and promotions.
• Support A/B testing and on-site enhancements to improve UX.
• Keep our digital shelves stocked, sorted, and sparkling.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in eCommerce, online retail, or digital merchandising.
• A keen eye for detail and a love for making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive, organised approach to juggling multiple priorities.
