Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders in support office and retail to analyze business challenges and recommend effective learning solutions.
Design, develop, and deliver a variety of learning experiences, including videos, podcasts, eLearning modules, job-aids, and instructor-led training materials.
Utilize data to understand business needs and create learning solutions that influence Key Performance Metrics (KPIs).
Continuously update and improve learning experiences to ensure compliance and enhance business performance.
Generate reports to evaluate learning projects and measure the ROI of learning initiatives.
What you bring to the table:
Extensive experience (4+ years) in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating learning experiences.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.
Strong background as an Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer for adult education.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen and communicate effectively.
Excellent productivity and the ability to manage workflow and competing priorities.
A passion for being visible and approachable within the business.
