What you'll be Doing:

• Delivering people-focused HR solutions and improving practices
• Partnering with leaders to support business goals
• Leading complex ER case management, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievance resolution
• Providing proactive ER advice and coaching to leaders
• Using HR data to inform decisions and reporting
• Designing and delivering HR-related training
• Supporting retention, talent, and succession planning

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a HR Advisory or Business Partner role, generalist focused with strong ER expertise
• Proven track record of supporting and coaching leaders in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
• Bachelor’s degree in business or diploma in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Retail Award, and other relevant employment law
• Ability to critically analyse HR data for identifying trends and preparing HR plans
