More about this hands-on role:

• Perform high-quality repairs including resizing, retipping, soldering, polishing, and stone tightening
• Use appropriate assembly and soldering techniques (binding/clamping/assessing caratage)
• Uphold brand integrity through meticulous quality control
• Maintain efficient workflow while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Collaborate with workshop management, admin, and retail teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain security and accurate processing of stock and repair packets
• Support the team towards completing all work in accordance with company standards

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar jeweller’s role
• Trade certification in jewellery or related field
• Exposure to end-to-end jewellery making
• Strong knowledge of metals, gemstones, and repair techniques
• High attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
• A team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
