We’re looking for an experienced Learning Experience Partner to design, develop and deliver engaging learning solutions that support the performance of our retail and support office teams.

Partnering closely with stakeholders, you’ll use data, insight and adult learning principles to create impactful learning experiences that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with retail and support teams to identify performance needs and recommend learning solutions
• Design and deliver blended learning experiences aligned to adult learning principles
• Develop engaging content including eLearning, video, virtual and face-to-face training
• Use tools such as Articulate Storyline & Rise, Vyond, LMS platforms and Microsoft Teams
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and measure ROI
• Continually improve learning content to ensure relevance, compliance and impact

About You

• Experienced in instructional design and end-to-end learning delivery
• Confident facilitator (face-to-face and/or virtual)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Creative, data-driven and commercially minded
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise competing demands

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience with LMS platforms, Articulate Storyline & Rise
• Experience with animation and video production
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Experience coaching or training teams
• Extensive jewellery knowledge (Michael Hill or Bevilles highly regarded)
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Training & Development or related field
