We’re looking for a Manufacturing Services Manager to join us at Michael Hill’s Brisbane Support Centre in a full-time role (7 am to 3 pm). You’ll be the heartbeat of our sourcing and production operations, leading a dynamic team and keeping our global supply chain running like clockwork across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

This isn’t just another admin role - it’s a chance to lead, innovate, and make a real impact. You’ll be managing everything from purchasing and inventory to supplier credits and goods returns, all while coaching a high-performing team and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and energise a team to deliver top-tier manufacturing support.
• Own purchasing, inventory, and supplier processes with precision.
• Keep workflows smooth and deliveries on time.
• Solve problems, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, stores, and internal teams.
• Champion customer-first thinking in everything you do.
