We’re looking for a talented Marketplace & Omnichannel Growth Lead to join our team in a full-time, permanent role based in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Digital Trading Manager this role will be instrumental in growing and expanding our Marketplace and Omnichannel sales channels. You’ll be working closely with teams across Digital, IT, and Retail Operations to ensure a seamless experience across online and offline sales channels, optimising performance to meet growing consumer demand.
The opportunity:
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand Marketplace sales
Develop and implement strategies to grow Omnichannel sales
Strategically identify opportunities to optimise and grow our Virtual Sales channel
Define project objectives, scope, and responsibilities, identifying risks and dependencies and putting in place mitigation plans
Analyse data, customer trends, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth
Build business cases and communicate costs and benefits for each project
Manage financial planning, forecasting, and inventory management
Oversee product uploads, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
Execute marketplace promotional activity and manage wmerchandising strategies
Collaborate across teams to streamline both online and offline sales activities
Maintain and enhance data infrastructure for accurate reporting and insights
About you: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in an Digital/Ecommerce role or similar
Experience working in an Omnichannel retail business
Proven experience in driving growth across Omnichannel and Marketplace platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into actionable insights
Experience with financial planning, inventory management, and data integrity management
A growth mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach
Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams
