People Systems Specialist | Cannon Hill / Hybrid

Join Michael Hill as our People Systems Specialist and play a key role in shaping how our People Technology supports the business. As the senior functional specialist for our People Systems, you'll leverage your proven Dayforce experience to drive continuous improvement across Dayforce and PageUp, delivering system enhancements, reporting, workforce insights and data governance that create a better experience for our people and leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

In this varied role, you'll lead the configuration, optimisation and ongoing support of our People Systems while partnering with stakeholders across People Experience, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance and IT. You'll develop meaningful reporting and dashboards, oversee data governance standards, manage system enhancements and projects, and provide expert guidance to improve processes and user experiences across the business.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced HR Systems professional who enjoys combining technology, analytics and problem-solving to deliver practical business outcomes. You'll bring strong HRIS experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement through people technology.

Experience with Dayforce essential, while exposure to PageUp, workforce analytics is highly regarded.
