About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-driven, data-savvy specialist to lead the design and delivery of our compensation and benefits programs. From benchmarking and analytics to incentive plans and annual reviews, you’ll be the trusted advisor behind our reward strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and manage remuneration and benefits programs.
Lead annual salary reviews and incentive plan administration.
Deliver insights through data analysis and reporting.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve queries and support training.
Ensure compliance with legislation and internal governance.
What You’ll Bring:
3–7 years’ experience in Rem & Ben within an ASX-listed company.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with HRIS (Dayforce preferred), payroll, and Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
A degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
