As our new Retail BA you will be responsible for:
Current and future state process mapping
Analyse processes and identify improvements
Digital strategy execution through partnering with eCom + Retail Operations
Hands on support and problem solving during pilots, projects and roll outs
Working with teams to increase internal capability across tech
Customer Service Systems, Repairs & Returns Systems and additional projects
As the successful candidate, you must have:
Experience and understanding of Retail landscape with BA experience
Working knowledge of change management practices and principles
Demonstrable facilitation, presentation and influencing of partners and stakeholders
Experience working with IT development teams and other technical stakeholders in digital and eComm
Understands or seeks out customer data and privacy legislation knowledge
Desire to adopt Agile process ways of working
Experience with projects adopting mainstream project management frameworks
Business Analysis leading into Enterprise Analysis – e.g. planning and scoping inter-related initiatives and accelerates capabilities in user story writing
Strong data analysis skills – understands Onyx and all related technology assets used across Retail Stores
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Understanding of other Microsoft tech stack
