As our new Retail BA you will be responsible for:  

• Current and future state process mapping  
• Analyse processes and identify improvements  
• Digital strategy execution through partnering with eCom  + Retail Operations  
• Hands on support and problem solving during pilots, projects and roll outs  
• Working with teams to increase internal capability across tech   
• Customer Service Systems, Repairs & Returns Systems and additional projects  

As the successful candidate, you must have: 

• Experience and understanding of Retail landscape with BA experience  
• Working knowledge of change management practices and principles 
• Demonstrable facilitation, presentation and influencing of partners and stakeholders 
• Experience working with IT development teams and other technical stakeholders in digital and eComm 
• Understands or seeks out customer data and privacy legislation knowledge  
• Desire to adopt Agile process ways of working 
• Experience with projects adopting mainstream project management frameworks  
• Business Analysis leading into Enterprise Analysis – e.g. planning and scoping inter-related initiatives and accelerates capabilities in user story writing  
• Strong data analysis skills – understands Onyx and all related technology assets used across Retail Stores  
• Excellent documentation and communication skills 
• Understanding of other Microsoft tech stack
