• A genuine passion for connecting with customers — uncovering their story and delivering a premium, personalised in‑store experience.
• Confidence working in a customer‑centric, KPI‑driven environment (retail experience and POS proficiency will be highly regarded).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• A willingness to learn, take on feedback, and grow with the support of experienced retail leaders and a knowledgeable team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rostered basis.
