We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about sales and creating positive customer experiences to join our team on permanent part time or casual basis.

Located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, Kawana Waters is a vibrant shopping destination with a loyal customer base and a strong sense of community. In this customer-focused environment, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships while assisting customers with engagements, anniversaries, milestone celebrations, and unforgettable gift-giving moments.

What We're Looking For

• A warm, approachable personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a drive to achieve sales targets, with experience working towards KPIs.
• Attention to detail and an eye for visual merchandising.
• A reliable team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Availability to work 22-24 hours per week across a rotating roster, including Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and alternate Sundays
