• Confidence in a customer-centric, KPI-driven environment (retail experience and POS proficiency highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
• A willingness to learn, take on feedback, and grow alongside experienced retail leaders and a knowledgeable team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rostered basis, with the ability to work up to 38 hours per week as required
