We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager to cover a 6-month contract; you will see and experience the full gamut of HR related activities within our global organisation. You will support and guide a small team of professionals who focus on providing exceptional service and driving process improvement. About this role  

As you make this role your own you will partner with Senior Leaders + Executive team to provide HR solutions and advice, support and execute organisational design, manage and ensure seamless delivery of all people cycle activities such as talent mapping, succession planning, compliance adherence as well as become involved with global projects.

As an experienced Senior HR BP/HR Manager, you will be commercially astute, have experience working in a complex organisation, have strong legislative knowledge and be confident to make decisions. Ideally you will be experienced and confident working with Enterprise Agreements and understand the Retail landscape coupled with the ability to influence at the highest level.
