What you'll do

  • Plan, build, and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
  • Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys using triggers and personalization.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Support data accuracy, segmentation logic, and best practices in CRM.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture and uphold data privacy and governance standards.
  • Help maintain the CRM communications calendar to keep delivery on track.
  • Report to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and actively contribute to team strategy discussions, with a primary focus on hands-on campaign delivery.

What you'll bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics; experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, customer-obsessed mindset.
