What you'll do
- Plan, build, and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
- Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys using triggers and personalization.
- Collaborate with a team of experts to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Support data accuracy, segmentation logic, and best practices in CRM.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture and uphold data privacy and governance standards.
- Help maintain the CRM communications calendar to keep delivery on track.
- Report to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and actively contribute to team strategy discussions, with a primary focus on hands-on campaign delivery.
What you'll bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Adobe Campaign.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics; experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, customer-obsessed mindset.
