What you'll do
Plan, build, and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys using triggers and personalization.
Collaborate with a team of experts to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Translate performance data into actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Support data accuracy, segmentation logic, and best practices in CRM.
Champion a test-and-learn culture and uphold data privacy and governance standards.
Help maintain the CRM communications calendar to keep delivery on track.
Report to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and actively contribute to team strategy discussions, with a primary focus on hands-on campaign delivery.
What you'll bring
2–4 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign management.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Adobe Campaign.
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Comfortable working with performance metrics; experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, customer-obsessed mindset.
