Michael Hill is seeking a vibrant Organisational Development Specialist to join the Global Support Centre in Brisbane. In this exciting new role, you will report to the Manager, Development and Capability. You will be at the forefront of building organisational performance through innovative people initiatives, ensuring an exceptional team member experience.

Responsibilities include:
Providing frameworks, resources, and guidance to senior leaders to enhance culture and engagement
Developing strategic leadership development plans and delivering leadership development programs
Building frameworks, resources, and guidance to support HRBPs and senior leaders with talent mapping, development, and succession planning
Developing and delivering a DEI plan that supports our Sustainability strategy
Partnering with stakeholders to design a performance cycle that aligns with our people cycle and includes goal setting and performance reviews
Leading the change management function for the group and designing the change framework
Experiences that will set you up for success:
Strong organisational development experience in a related industry (5+ years)
Demonstrated experience in building effective relationships with senior leaders and HRBPs to drive engagement with organisational development initiatives
Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver organisational development initiatives
Strategic thinker with the ability to recommend people initiatives that align with business goals and objectives
Excellent communication skills to effectively build capability at all levels of the business
Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to support people initiatives and drive business change
