Are you a technically strong finance leader who thrives on influence, governance and enterprise-level impact?
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager (Corporate) to play a critical role in shaping financial integrity, insight and discipline across our corporate, asset and supply chain operations.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role partners with senior leaders across Property, IT, Supply Chain and Corporate functions. You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with a strategic mindset, strengthening controls, improving decision-making and driving continuous improvement across the Group.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading corporate accounting, reporting and control activities across Group Services, Fixed Assets and Inventory
- Owning balance sheet integrity, capitalisation, reconciliations and associated financial controls
- Providing commercial insight and advice to senior stakeholders to improve performance and efficiency
- Managing the end-to-end fixed and intangible asset lifecycle, including major projects, store fit-outs and IT initiatives
- Partnering with Supply Chain teams on inventory accounting, costing, valuation and working capital impacts
- Supporting corporate budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Coaching and developing members of the Corporate Accounting team
- Driving finance process improvement, automation and transformation initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 8–12 years’ experience in financial accounting, corporate finance or group reporting roles
- CPA or CA qualification
- Strong experience managing balance sheets, fixed assets and capital expenditure in complex or multi-entity environments
- Confidence influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders
- A track record of improving processes, controls and reporting
- Advanced Excel capability and ERP experience (Dynamics 365 advantageous)
- Clear written and verbal communication, including audit-ready documentation
