Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in international logistics? We’re looking for an Import Export Administrator to join our Supply Chain team at our Head Office in Cannon Hill.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and multifaceted role responsible for coordinating transport and customs requirements across our global operations. You’ll manage shipments between stores, distribution centres, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with all commercial and legislative obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import/export shipments across all trading markets
Prepare and manage shipping documentation and customs clearances
Monitor stock in transit and resolve issues proactively
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Complete and validate duty drawback reports
Liaise with customs brokers, stores, and vendors
Maintain accurate records in systems like Expedient and DMS
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience in import/export or cross-border trade compliance
Experience with 3PL logistics or supply chain service providers
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs, and international logistics
High attention to detail and a methodical, low-risk approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (medium to advanced)
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in the jewellery supply chain
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or Expedient
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain or Logistics
Customs Brokerage License or completed customs modules
