About the Role:

As a Junior AI Analyst, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments to identify high-impact AI opportunities, translate complex workflows into actionable user stories, and support the implementation of AI Agents and automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct workshops and interviews to uncover business pain points and AI opportunities.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Prototype and build low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Configure and deploy AI Agents via Microsoft CoPilot Studio.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements.
• Champion AI adoption through training and documentation.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Business Analysis, Junior Development, or similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Bonus Points:

• Microsoft certifications (PL-900 or AI-900)
• Agile methodology knowledge (e.g., Scrum Product Owner)
