We’re looking for an experienced Merchandise Planner to take ownership of category performance and partner closely with our Buyers to deliver strategies that grow sales, profit, and inventory health. If you love numbers, insight and impact - you’ll thrive here.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning planning for up to two categories, including forecasting, strategy, and in-season analysis.
• Managing OTB and stock flow to support sales, profit and inventory goals.
• Working closely with Buyers on range builds, store grading, core, seasonal and clearance planning.
• Monitoring inventory health, ensuring strong in-stocks, reducing aged stock, and optimising space and stock-to-sales.
• Providing guidance to a Planning Assistant and contributing to best-practice planning across the team.

What you’ll bring:

• Merchandise Planning experience (2+ years) and strong understanding of forecasting, OTB, replenishment and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into commercial action.
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through and a curious, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, partnering confidently with Buyers and cross-functional teams.
• Solid Excel and planning system capability, plus comfort working across multiple platforms.
