We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services across our global footprint. This is a leadership role that combines strategic direction, operational excellence, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a high-performing payroll team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Drive strong customer service standards and maintain transparent service levels.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, awards, and company policies while managing risk and business continuity strategies.
• Oversee payroll systems (Dayforce and ADP Payforce) and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver accurate reporting, audits, and governance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading and coaching a payroll team in a complex, multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in Dayforce and ADP Payforce for a significant period
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional communication, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (desirable)
