We’re seeking an adaptable, fast‑thinking professional to take ownership of a critical operational function. This role isn’t just about quality — it’s about running the day‑to‑day, staying ahead of shifting priorities, and guiding a small team to deliver accurate, timely results in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
Based at our Brisbane Head Office in Cannon Hill, you’ll be central to keeping Australian operations flowing smoothly while working closely with our jewellery product range.
About the Role
This full‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, handles constant change with confidence, and can lead by example. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (with some flexibility), supporting operational workflows, coordinating activities across the business, and overseeing a small team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and on time. Previous jewellery experience is highly desirable but not required. What’s essential is a strong desire to learn jewellery, curiosity about products and processes, and the ability to pick things up quickly.
