Join our People & Culture team as a Return to Work & WHS Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the safety, wellbeing, and recovery of our team members across Australia and New Zealand.
Why this Role Matters
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the key link between our people, their recovery, and our safety culture. By guiding injured team members through a safe return to work and ensuring compliance across incidents and claims, you help protect our people and support a safer, stronger workplace.
What You’ll be Doing
Responding promptly to incidents and supporting team members through recovery.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring effective RTW plans.
Managing workers compensation claims and insurer relationships.
Partnering with stakeholders to promote safe work practices and maintaining accurate records.
Contributing to WHS and wellbeing initiatives across the business – helping to build a strong safety culture across retail and support functions.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in workers compensation / injury management (multi-jurisdictional ideal).
Strong communication, empathy, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Solid understanding of RTW and safety legislation, plus confidence applying it day to day.
Current Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator qualification.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
