Join our People & Culture team as a Return to Work & WHS Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the safety, wellbeing, and recovery of our team members across Australia and New Zealand. 

Why this Role Matters 

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the key link between our people, their recovery, and our safety culture. By guiding injured team members through a safe return to work and ensuring compliance across incidents and claims, you help protect our people and support a safer, stronger workplace. 

What You’ll be Doing 

• Responding promptly to incidents and supporting team members through recovery. 

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring effective RTW plans. 

• Managing workers compensation claims and insurer relationships. 

• Partnering with stakeholders to promote safe work practices and maintaining accurate records. 

• Contributing to WHS and wellbeing initiatives across the business – helping to build a strong safety culture across retail and support functions. 

What You’ll Bring:  

• Experience in workers compensation / injury management (multi-jurisdictional ideal). 

• Strong communication, empathy, and stakeholder engagement skills. 

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. 

• Solid understanding of RTW and safety legislation, plus confidence applying it day to day. 

• Current Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator qualification. 

• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
