The Opportunity

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will:

• Restore cherished jewellery and contribute to memorable customer moments.
• Perform expert repairs including resizing, retipping, soldering, structural work, polishing, and finishing.
• Grow your craft working with diverse and modern jewellery styles.
• Collaborate with a supportive workshop team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Help shape best practices and repair processes within the Service Centre.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience as a jeweller or repair specialist.
• Laser Welding and/or stone setting experience.
• Meticulous craftsmanship, with confidence working across metals and gemstones.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Reliability, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
• A passion for quality and a commitment to excellence.
• Trade certification in jewellery or a related field
