We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support recruitment across our Support Centre. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to keep processes running smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating interviews and managing diaries.
• Keeping candidates informed and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
• Managing updates in our ATS and keeping data accurate.
• Supporting job advertising and writing ads that attract the right people.
• Pulling together recruitment reports and pipeline insights.
• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to keep roles moving.
• Getting involved in recruitment initiatives, events, and employer brand activity.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or sourcing (agency or in-house).
• Confidence using ATS/HR systems and job boards (experience with PageUp highly regarded).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A proactive approach and strong organisation skills; you stay on top of multiple priorities.
• Clear and professional communication style.
• High attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
