• Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable function across multiple brands.
• Lead high-volume invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and month-end activities.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and accurate reporting.
• Work in a supportive Shared Services environment with scope to improve how things are done.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes (Dynamics 365, OCR tools, Blackline, Freshdesk).
• Act as the AP subject matter expert for audits and Payment Times Reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing AP team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.

What You’ll Bring

• 5 to 7+ years' AP experience in a multi-entity, high-volume environment
• Strong technical AP knowledge and ERP experience (Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
• High attention to detail, strong Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Confident communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships
