Join our People & Culture team as a Return to Work & WHS Coordinator in this mid-level opportunity, ideal for a RTW or injury management professional with around 2–5 years’ experience.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support the recovery, safety, and wellbeing of our team members across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with leaders to deliver safe, durable return-to-work outcomes and strengthen our safety culture across retail and support environments.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Supporting injured team members and developing, implementing, and monitoring effective RTW plans.
- Managing workers compensation claims and liaising closely with leaders.
- Promoting safe work practices and maintaining accurate claims and WH&S records.
- Fostering positive insurer relationships.
- Contributing to WHS and wellbeing initiatives across the business.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2-5 years hands on, workplace RTW experience.
- Experience in workers compensation / injury management (multi-jurisdictional ideal but not critical).
- Strong communication, empathy, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and apply Workers Compensation and WHS legislation
- Current Rehabilitation & RTW Coordinator qualification (desirable but not critical)
