This Senior Accounts Payable opportunity sits within our Global Finance team and would be an amazing next step for a dynamic and driven professional. This is a fast-paced role with rewarding challenges. Working in a supportive and inclusive team environment, based in our new state of the art Support Centre building in Cannon Hill.
More about the role:
Processing and coordinating all accounts payable transactions including vendor invoices, vendor payments and expense reports, ensuring accurate account coding
Ensure appropriate approvals are received for invoices prior to system entry · Reconcile vendor accounts and address vendor inquiries including payment status. · Maintain Accounts Payable filing and storage
About you:
Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable position
Detail oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure with tight deadlines
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Solid ERP System experience, favourably Microsoft Dynamics
Detail orientated with a high degree of accuracy
